Motivation - Creating the Vision
The old saying, "You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink", is a reality at the workplace. Staff may have the ability to do their job, and may report for duty, but are they giving their best? Having able but not motivated employees does not help the organization much since motivation determines how much an employee gives to the organization.
