The First 100 days - Most new executives do not realize that the skills that got them to the higher level will not be required to the same level in order for them to succeed in the new role. This programme helps the new executive to let go of what was critical in the prior role (but not necessarily required in the new role), and quickly adopt what is critical in the new role.
